The tent was huge and comfortable.

No mineral water provided upon check in. No kettle/tea/coffee provided in the tent. The tent flooring is unsecured laminated... so it kept on moving when we steped on it. No tv channel, only uses wifi for tv which we have to use our own account to watch anything + wifi is poor so we cannot watch anything on tv for 3D2N. The tent is dusty and have dead bugs,not properly cleaned. There is a small kitchen provided on site, however it seems that the staff often use it for cooking their own meal. The fridge is very dirty... the freezer full of frozen blood, very dirty. There is no breakfast served on the property given its high price. The staff is not professionally trained, they are friendly, but upon check-in did not brief about wifi, tv, or use of kitchen, need to self explore to know that there is coway provided for drinking and can use the microwave ect at the kitchen. The toilet for the tent is located outside (this needs to be mention in the booking site).It is private for us to use, we have to lock the toilet door to make sure no one uses it (some might think its a public toilet). A much needed improvement is needed for its high price.

Too noisy in the morning when other family's kids are playing in the pool. Extra charge for inviting friends and families for BBQ at night, should have been informed earlier. Price was quite expensive.

The room is spacious and clean. Wifi signal is strong. Kids enjoying the swimming pool. Good place to stay with kampung vibes.

Toilet seems had bad odor eventhough exhaust fan and toilet is clean. Suggest the owner to use auto spray like Initial brand.
