Mi sarei aspettato maggiore gentilezza dal personale della prima colazione e un grado di effettiva cooperazione e non scortesia dalla reception in occasione del mio problema di aver dimenticato in camera una scatola di medicine. Ho pregato di provvedere a spedirmele con un corriere di fiducia pagando io in anticipo le spese, ma hanno rifiutato. Ho spiegato che sono cardiopatico e che sono medicine vitali, ma dopo tanto insistere hanno detto che potevano affidare il pacchetto alla posta senza assumere responsabilità. Mi sembra un atteggiamento poco amichevole verso un cliente. Oggi è domenica e spero domattina di trovare un corriere che possa ritirare il pacchetto e consegnarmelo a domicilio a montegrotto
