I liked all

The service was kind and nice. The room has a good size, and we got breakfast for the day.

It was noisy because of the neighbors.

Location is the best 3 minute walk from train station and 1 minute walk to bus to go to Mach Picchu, restaurants all around.

Very clean, host is excellent with everything.

Extremely helpful and caring owner. Very friendly and easy to understand with my high school Spanish. Showed great care for us. Outstanding location. Enough beds for a family of four, which was hard to find. Reasonable price and good breakfast. Granted, this is not luxury but good value with an owner who truly cares. Bonus you can check in at 11am.

The hallways were a bit dark.

チェックイン後、私がマチュピチュの入場券をインターネットで買えなかったとオウナーのアレハンドロさんに言ったら、自ら入場券売り場まで連れて行ってくれました。翌朝の出発が早かったのですが前日夜に、持って行ける様にと水と一緒に朝食を袋に入れて渡してくれました。大きな荷物と部屋の鍵はそのままベットの上に置いて鍵を閉めてマチュピチュに行き、帰って来たらちゃんと倉庫に荷物は保管して有りまし。小さな家族経営の宿ですが有名旅系Youtuber のシゲ旅さんも泊まった隠れたお宝宿だと思います。立地も良く満足度は100%でした。

部屋にコップが無かった事だけです。

Ótima localização. Quarto simples, mas que atende muito bem. Café da manhã muito bom. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos e dão várias dicas importantes. Facilidade para deixar a mala enquanto vai fazer o passeio. Recomendo com certeza!

Barulho dos hóspedes. Não é culpa do hotel, que até coloca placa pedindo silêncio. É falta de educação mesmo.

La ubicación

La habitaciones tienen ventanas hacia el pasillo. Le pedí una con venta al exterior y muy amablemente me la cambió. Aunq había más ruido....pero el baño lucía más limpio
