La ubicaciòn, y posiciòn de la habitación según las fotos.
El trato de la recepcionista pèsimo, cero cordialidad. Desde el primer dia de mic checking la habitación no estaba lista, se veia una descordinación total entre el personal de limpieza y recepción. El hotel no contaba con servicios basico, netflix, yotube, tampoco se podia conectar desde el celular a la TV.

Great location, great staff.
Just make sure you bring earplugs as the river flowing is pretty loud as well as some of the music coming from restaurants/bars.

La posizione e le camere con vista sulle montagne
Apparecchi tecnologici non funzionanti, TV e telecomando difettosi, dopo aver chiesto più volte di cambiarmi il telecomando, la loro risposta è stata che non ci stava problema ma poi non arrivava mai nessuno, con due membri dello staff é successo questo, oltretutto ho chiamato dalla camera con il cellulare sul numero del hotel ma nessuno rispondeva, scendendo ho notato il ragazzo in reception che vedeva video sul telefono.. Esperienza non bella, nella cura del cliente.
