The new rooms are a beauty!

Loved everything

Run down hotel, had for sure better times. They were painting some section of the building and the smell was significant. All in all for a night on your way around does the job. Breakfast is quite good.

They showed disapproval at the price Booking gave us, then asked us to leave the bar area rather early in the evening. However it wasn't that horrible for a short stay.

The room was amazing! We were upgraded to a cottage with a spacious living room and kitchen. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our only concern was that the bed and pillows were quite firm and not entirely comfortable.

See above. Mattress and pillows were too firm for us.

staff wasn’t welcoming at reception. the food was terrible. They gave me a room that wasn’t adequately prepared and there is no WiFi in the rooms and the furniture is dated and insufficient. for R1k a night o expected way more and I felt like I was in a cheap motel! I don’t blame the staff and I think the problem is with management! the staff morale was very low and there were alarms going off in the morning and cars hooting in the residence! No fridge anywhere to store stuff and service for a simple asking for ice takes 30min and the places felt disorganised. the common areas were mostly unkept and random stuff stored in hallways and plates of food from a room service breakfast not collected until the evening from the corridors! a place with great potential but poorly managed!
