Polite and helpful staff. I had made a few specific requests and they went above and beyond to meet them.

This new hotel had all the amenities I needed as a solo traveller. The Owners, Management and Staff were very helpful kind and generous. I had asked the owners help to obtain a local Sim Card and they agreed. Sunil the Manager of the hotel took the kindness one step further and personally took me to the Vodaphone shop where he spoke with 2 lovely ladies who got me the Sim Card. On the day I was leaving Sunil drove me to the Station. A good hotel is all about PEOPLE . Whether they are kind and generous makes the big difference. I Recommend this Hotel. I thank Sunil for his help and personal time.

Great location if you are arriving from, or want to be near, the airport. Also is near various seemingly historical churches. Stayed one night when arriving late. Very very helpful and kind staff, even with communication challenges at times, willing to do what it takes to ensure you’re happy. Delicious food from the restaurant they work with - highly recommend you try the beef roast with paratha - it was sincerely one of my best meals in my whole trip in India. Excellent value for money too, as it’s new and modern. Recommended.

Not a negative just a beware - Location is great for the airport but not for being in the city. Also, wish the communication was easier and that I could have paid with credit card.
