They didnt let us stay.When the booking was made, the room was given to someone else saying that no advance was made. We slept in the car 🥺

When I call to confirm the booking they didn't answer the phone. Then I sent an email to confirm the booking. They didn't reply. Finally when we went there, Hotel receptionist said us that no rooms available. We were very disappointed.

Seriously I'm went to enjoy my holiday and for little bit of wrk but I'm completely despoilment because the receptionist say we have a room but we can't give the booking.com price. He ask extra charge for the stay because he say that is a season time. I need ask one thing for the booking.com side don't show the property again very bad experience.

The staff here were very considerate and we had a wonderful holiday. It was also convenient that we could park our motorbike. This is a place I would like to stay at again when I come to Sri Lanka.

"Never we have booked this kind of cheeped hotel with very cheap management."

After we confirmed the date they rejected appointment. They blamed me and said that why I confirm with booking com. They want give rooms except booking com because they don’t want to pay money for the booking com.

Very poor performance from the hotel management. It is not suitable for the visitors. They need only money.
