Pelo custo benefício, ok. Mas acho que ela poderia colocar toalhas novas e não usadas, e o chuveiro sair mais água.

Solicitei que a pousada liberasse tomar banho após o check out, pois fiz uma prova e terminou 12h, sendo que o check out estava para ás 11h. Fui informado pelo Booking, inclusive tenho essa mensagem, que não haveria custo adicional, e a proprietária cobrou mais R$80,00 por 4 horas adicionais. Não tem problema pagar, mas não foi essa mensagem que recebi de vcs! A proprietária informou que ninguém solicitou essa informação para ela.
