There were enough stretchers at the pool to accommodate the guests that were there.

Food was so-so, targeted at the British guests, the 1 time a la carte restaurant food was bad, just skip it, the regular buffet is better. Cleaning of the rooms was poor, sometimes they cleaned the floors, sometimes they replaced towels, sometimes they changed out the glasses in the room, but none of the times they did all. Once they just left the trash bag and dirty towels next to the terrace, and even after calling the front desk and with cleaners passing by more than once, they were not picked up.

Place is filty we had to move apartments because of ants we had ant nest in one of first rooms in one off ceiling lights..moved after 2 days and seconds apartment had ants comeing out off air-conditioning any time it was turned on

Staff disponibile, gentile, sempre sorridente. In particolare alla reception, lo staff del ristorante e dell'animazione. Andrea super simpatico, empatici e gentile con tutti. Ambiente pulito sia dentro che nelle parti esterne Unica pecca un po' datato

Le lenzuola vengono cambiate 1 volta a settimana, sarebbe carino farlo ogni 2 o 3 giorni

Muy bien calidad precio. Equipo de animación súper implicado, (Jorge, Josema, Andrea...). Destacaría la amabilidad de todo el personal en general. Íbamos con miedo por lo comentarios de la comida, pero es aceptable.

Alguna hormiga en la habitación, pero son muchos bungalows independientes en mitad de vegetación, es algo lógico.

La animación personal de buffet super atentos amable y muy serviciales

Si tengo que decir algo en negativo a pesar que a los niños les encantó es un poco de limpieza en los toboganes pero se lo pasaron de lujos
