No air conditioning so impossible to sleep. In a family room, no air ventilation from shower room and toilet with no space for 4 people.

There wasn’t AC in the room. Management didn’t reply to our emails. We couldn’t get into the area where the hotel was located. We didn’t receive a code to enter a security point. To get the key you should go to another hotel’s reception.

Goeie ligging. Prima ontbijt, vriendelijke bediening. Goed bed.

Geen airco! (Er was net een hittegolf) venster openlaten ‘s nachts ook geen optie (geen muggengaas) Inchecken is onduidelijk, voordien niet vermeld dat je op andere locatie moet inchecken. (Te ver van elkaar om te voet te doen met bagage) Incheckpersoneel was vriendelijk, uitcheckdame NIET! Had ze een slechte dag? Zelf geen dankjewel, tot ziens…. 👎

Great breakfast and location.

Good location, comfortable bed. Complete breakfast.

No air conditioning. Rooms are new and well maintained, but outside areas look unkempt. Hotel needs better communication. The parking area is restricted, no code was sent by email, we had to call. There were a lot of cars turning back due to this issue. The check in is in another close by area, we had to drive there after arriving to the actual hotel.

La chambre est un peu petite mais confortable. La salle de bain est tres bien.

Le checkin est trop tardif : 16h. Apres un voyage surtout pour les seniors, nous aimerions avoir la chambre disponible a 14h.

Прекрасные место, отлично встретили, в номере есть чай кофе чашки, мы заказывали корзину с фруктами, все свежее. Из приятных бонусов, в отеле где проходит регистрация, есть ресторан, с витражными окнами с видом на Sun Michel. Я такой красоты не видела нигде. И если вы бронируете номер в этом отеле, то вы можете ужинать в том ресторане. Это были лучшие виды на замок, а потом пошёл дождь, а потом пошёл град, и небо стало красным, и у меня было такое чувство что я была где-то в параллельной вселеной Дружелюбный приветливый персонал Все понятно и удобно Я обязательно вернусь и посоветую друзьям

В конце мая было немного жарковато, больше нам придраться не к чему
