Kind and helpful hotel manager and stuff. Free parking garage. Very good breakfast.

Furniture and rooms need renovation. Elevator would be of great help. It seems that it is not invest in property for longer period.

Very friendly owner, excellent breakfast. Easy walk onto the centre of the village.

Unfortunately the house next door was being rebuilt which was noisy at times.

Everything was excellent! They helped us with everything we wanted to do in San Cassiano. Breakfast and dinner are high class (seriously), the kindness of the staff is awesome, and the place is really cozy (like being in your own house miles away from home). We really enjoyed it.

We loved Giorgio the owner, he was super helpful and even helped us figure out our hike for the next day! It was also a perfect location and very walkable. Clean and cute inside. The breakfast was a full spread and the restaurant staff was also so nice!

Great location, close to many popular areas in the dolomites. Comfortable bed and phenomenal breakfast. Right next to the Piz Sorega lift, which offers a stunning hiking trail at the top.

My three hiking friends and myself very much enjoyed our three night stay at this hotel. we found it to be an excellent value with a terrific breakfast buffet. We had dinner there two of our three nights and the food was excellent. Giorgio and his staff could not have been more accommodating and helpful. Highly recommend Ciasa Roby.

Ciasa Roby is the best accommodation I've ever stayed in. The hotel is located in an ideal location, just a 5-minute walk from the ski lift, and there is a free storage area for skis and ski boots right next to the ski lift. The hotel is very charming and the rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast is great. However, the best part of this hotel is the staff who are incredibly kind, hospitable and friendly. Everyone tries to make your stay comfortable and you truly feel like you are at home. Unfortunately, during our stay at this hotel my boyfriend broke his leg while skiing but the staff was 100% available to us at any time. They did everything they could to make the rest of his stay easier. Giorgio, the hotel manager, even carried him up the stairs with the help of two other hotel guests. It's heartwarming to come across people who are willing to help, especially people as genuinely positive, helpful and accommodating as Giorgio. A big greeting to all the staff at Ciasa Roby - we're looking forward to coming back, hopefully next time without any broken bones! :D
