"Bad"

After confirmation of booking online, when we reach the property, receptionist denied to give us room, tell us to give more money or he will not give us room on that booking. I had got very harrass with my family when we reach the property. It's very very bad experience of OYO. I will not recommend OYO to my dear ones. In short OYO is blackmailing after reaching the property. I will sure taking legal action against it.
