Location, it was clean

Aircon did not seem to work, flushing was difficult

I found the location excellent as I managed to walk to all areas of the city and sights. Overlooking the Town Hall, my room was at the top and front, and there was also an archaeological dig going on which was really interesting. Staff were all very friendly and helpful, and their English as good enough to ensure I could be served well.

Excellent service for the price you pay. Staff are nice and helpful, room was not huge but it was clean and comfortable. It also had a balcony, which I appreciated because I did not need to exit the building just to smoke. Location is 5 minutes away on foot from Aristotaleou Square (city centre) so it came handy whenever I wanted to meet up at city centre with my friends. I enjoyed my overall experience.

You must submit your room's key whenever you leave the hotel, which in my opinion is not a downside but it's a bit unusual.
