Personál v hoteli bol mimoriadne milý a ústretový, vždy ochotný pomôcť a vyhovieť našim požiadavkám. Po celý čas sme sa cítili veľmi vítaní. Samotný hotel vytváral príjemnú atmosféru. Izby boli čisté a pohodlné, čo prispelo k nášmu celkovému komfortu. Rovnako musím pochváliť aj kuchyňu, jedlá boli výborne pripravené, chutné a pestré. Celkový dojem z hotela bol skvelý a určite by som sa sem vrátila.
