Excellent breakfast, thoughtful touches such as bottled water and quality toiletries. Free films was a bonus.

Poor leaky shower

The staff was brilliant and the owner All super friendly. Travelled for work with colleague and accompanied for 2 large vans. Staff was very friendly and helpful with me not been in the area before ,they helped me.

A fantastic overnight stay in a quirky, quality hotel. The rooms are separate to the pub and restaurant in a 'stable' block type arrangement. Rooms are excellent, good quality everything, extra large beds and large 50" TV on the wall. Very quiet and comfortable giving an excellent quality sleep and with the TV there is quite a large selection of movies available to watch, many of them only released this year. Breakfast was in the pub and again everything was perfect with top quality ingredients cooked fresh to order. We had dinner in the restaurant and the quality of the food and service was superb. Pub and restaurant have very quirky decorations but that makes it very interesting and very different to the normal run of the mill establishment. One thing to note is that the pub and restaurant are separate to the accommodation and dont open until 5pm. A lovely stay and we will certainly return.

Slightly out of town, around 20 minutes walk into the centre of Woodhall Spa.

We booked this room as property was near Cadwell Park where we were going for BSB races Beautiful room. Lovely breakfast. Friendly staff. Very good value for money. We will definitely be returning.

Lovely Stay. Fabulous Breakfast nice cosy room. Lovely views and outside seating area. We will return soon.
