a funcionária foi super simpática e prestável nas tentativas de resolução dos problemas com a higiene e limpeza dos quartos

quartos imundos, trocamos de quarto 3 vezes e todos estavam sujos! pó, cabelos, sujidade nos móveis, unhas no chão e sangue na parede. HORRÍVEL !!!

Habitación antigua, pequeña. El aire acondicionado no funciona, en pleno verano 4 personas en la habitación y sin aire acondicionado, sin dar solución excepto que te ponen un ventilador para que te calles y no protestes. Poca empatía del establecimiento con sus consumidores.
