The space was fine and clean

I arrived during a rainstorm and was told that they would send a car for pick up. The car never arrived and I was left waiting for over two hours until I took it upon myself to get to the facility. When I checked in soaking wet nobody as much apologized or seemed concerned at all. Very dissatisfied.
