"Not many options..."

My friends and I went to a wedding around this area. Cuautla is not a very touristy area as it seems this is one of the best hotels you can find. It is a huge hotel (at least, that's what it seems) and they still give you an old key for the room. We were 4 people and we booked 2 rooms. When we arrive, we realized each room had 2 bedrooms, one as a master bedroom and the second with 2 twin beds. I would advice that if your crowd is about 4 just book 1 room. It is a budget hotel but you might probably just stay for 1 night anyway. When we booked we got one price, when we checked out they charged us a higher price. It is not common practice but it was cheap anyway. We enjoyed the fresh wind from the backdoor which faces a common balcony. We found out there was a wasp! We advised the frontdesk which they didn't care much about it.

"NOT SAFE, Dirty, Nasty & overall Disgusting!"

The hotel has not been cleaned EVER! Mold in the shower, hair everywhere, you could see the dust in every corner and all over the floor... The worst part: If you park your own car in the on site parking lot BEWARE, YOU WILL GET A WINDOW SMASHED AND ROBBED!!! The hotel knows this and do NOTHING bout it... We had a wedding nearby and the next morning 3 cars where broken into and robber... The janitor had the tape and plastic ready as it happens ALL THE TIME.... Avoid this dirty hotel at all cost. A deposit is charged to even get a remote for the TV that doesn't work. Hidden charges are informed upon check-in. Front desk ladies have the worst attitude and font care about the customer or any other matter whatsoever.

We stayed cause I wanted WIFI (which was hard to do in this town). The bell hop (GREAT), restaurants workers (GREAT), parking secured (GREAT), parking location (horrible), rooms (GREAT), television was ok BUT remote would freeze up every time you flip through channels, NOT enough towels for family of 4, no wash towels, landscapes throughout grounds (GREAT), swimming pool (horrible) NEWSFLASH you are in a HOT Climate ~ FIX it! Should you walk out of your room at night NO hall lights, BEYOND BEAUTIFUL Chappell.
