Devem melhorar a variedade do pequeno- almoço e colocar no quarto um sistema de ventilação mais potente.

A magnificent setting and building with very helpful and friendly staff. The scrambled eggs at breakfast were superb!

Unfortunately the restaurant is closed on a Sunday which we only found out a few days before arriving and there are limited options locally. The very helpful lady on reception did manage to get us in at the Auberge Montpoupon and the meal there was good.

Parking nickel. Bâtis incroyable et bien situé. Nouvelle Pisicne top. Salle extérieur du restaurant top. Jardin rien à dire incroyable. Personnelles ( accueil, salle de restaurant ) gentils et à l’écoute. Patron et famille sympas.

La seul choses qui pour moi mériterait d’être améliorer c’est la qualité de maîtrise technique de la cuisine. Alors je vous donne mon avis dans le bon sens bien sûr. Parce que en sois le moment était top ( vin au verre top ). Manque un peut de maîtrise de dressage et cuisine moderne et surtout d’assaisonnement général. Même sur le dessert. Seriole sympas juste bouillon pas assez chaud pour la parti cru / cuits. L’autres ( enlever les tiges laisser que les feuilles ). Asperges manque clairement d’assaisonnement. Boeuf tataki ok brioche un peu rance. Paleron ok mérite 1 demi centimètre de plus. Fromage ok. RAS. Dessert fraise et chocolat limite ( pas de sucre dans le siphon et la bande chocolat aussi). Tuile meringue pas maîtrisé. Sorbet fraises pas maîtrisé. Les prix ok RAS. Attention le principe de choix multiples peut être dure pour la gestions du services cuisine et pour avoir un équilibre des assiettes envoyer dans la maîtrise.

The location is beautiful, the rooms are clean and modern and constructed with high quality materials. Breakfast was amazing and good value for money. We could not try the restaurant because it was closed on Sunday but were recommended a restaurant close by (5 min drive) which was amazing. Overall a great experience, thank you!
