Hotel Las Vias

La comida de mucha calidad y buen sabor a muy buen precio. La estancia en general estuvo muy bien, tomando en consideración la relación calidad precio. Excelente servicio y quedamos muy satisfechos

El clima en una de las habitaciones no funcionaba al 100, pero nada tampoco grave, sí funcionaba pero no enfriaba lo suficiente, como en la otra habitación que también ocupamos

Property was clean and there was night security which made it feel safe. Staff was accommodating with request for air conditioned room.

Beds were a little too firm. Also, not all rooms are air conditioned but the listing on booking.com doesn’t appear to make note of that.

The staff were super friendly and provided excellent service. Our meal in the restaurant was terrific. Highly recommend Las Visa.

Perfect location for driving in/out purpose. Location was noisy though. But convenience was a win. Staff attentive and friendly

The staff were great, and dinner was excellent

The hotel had scheduled a yearly celebration party for a group and ended up having live blaring music until 2 AM. On top of that they put us in a room almost directly above the party room. It actually shook the walls it was so loud. That morning wanted to take a hot shower and guess what, no hot water. The beds are the concrete slabs with one mattress on top so they were hard as a rock. Will never stay there again and definitely do not recommend them to anyone.

The Staff was friendly

The bed was hard as a rock with super old mattresses, very cold and humid. The hotel is located next to the main highways and next to the train tracks, it was absolutely impossible to sleep due to the noise. The walls are like paper thin, and we could hear our loud neighbors at 3 am.
