The staff was very nice and caring, and the outdoor facilities are very beautiful. Pool and jacuzzi were great

We had to switch room once due to banging noises from the trees outside that disturbed our sleep. Then in the second night the new room door was also noisy and banged all night because of the wind. Also, water in the shower was lukewarm and not hot

A beautiful hotel, with a stunning small and heated pool area which had the vibe/feel of a wellness. We loved the atmosphere the interior designer created! The grounds and garden were perfectly maintained! We really liked our spacious garden room and bathroom. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the view into the garden from the breakfast buffet.

Not worth the money! I was expecting a better takeaway compared to the price I have paid. The rooms are very noisy at night, my room was facing the main street, every passing car sounded like it was walking through my room, window insulation is very poor, the first night was windy I could hear the ceiling (or some metals close by) hitting and the noise was annoying.The room was very small not really family friendly. During breakfast it took them a long time to refill the glass cups when none are left to use. and the fruit trays when emptied took too long to get it back. The first day I waited to get some but did not see it coming after I have waited some time then had to leave without eating it.. simply, I had a better experience in other costa rican hotels. I'm pissed I went on blind with this reservation. Better also to dine in the restaurants across the street for better food portions and value of money
