Clean and modern, staff are all truly kind. Really do want you to have the best possible time. The gym is pretty good for a hotel gym.

Restaurant food isn’t that great, and it’s the same menu as room service. Takes a very long time to get food. Sun loungers are all always occupied annoyingly. Airport transfer is shared, not really what you expect for a luxury resort. Kinda spoils the very first impression.

Conocemos varios hoteles de la cadena pero este sin dudas es el mejor de todos , su personal desde la primera a la última persona que nos atendió fue extraordinaria , las instalaciones cuidadas en cada detalle . La habitación decorada con un buen gusto, cuidada en cada detalle . Y lo mejor de todo el desayuno . Volveríamos una y mil veces . Gracias por hacer que nuestra estadía sea espectacular ❤️

The location and the staff. Clean. Excellent breakfast.

The room set ups are small specially the bathroom sink area. Not user friendly at all. It can get hot in the rooms. The spa facilities are very sparse.
