FRI booked for 6 adults and 2 childrens and I had check-in at 01:30AM. I was tired and had to manage lot of problems. There was no bed for children. The receptionist tried to make me pay for it. The price was not the same as in the confirmation. I had to argue. Tried to make me pay tourism fee but already comprised in reservation. There were cockroaches in the room. Lot of humidity and moisture smell. Breakfast was really bad. Food was cold.

MYStaff is friendly..but 1st day check in rubbish behind door and leftover drinks in minibar also unclear...2nd day h/keeping just ask for old towel n replace anew one refill coffee sachets without asked wanna need room service or change bedsheets...overall I satisfy staying here coz it a peace and quiet place..
Rubbish didn't clear upon check-in . Leftover drink in minibar unclear. Wash basin block in bathroom..
