Casa Grande Luxury Boutique Hotel

A lovely small boutique type accommodation in a quiet area . Accommodation was tastefully decorated and spacious . Washing machine was an added bonus . Terrace was a relaxing spot to rest . Healthy, delicious breakfast . Walking distance to many restaurants. Isabel was amazing , nothing was too much trouble . April gave us many recommendations. Thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay .

The place was really beautiful! Everything is pristine, the bed, the bathroom. The staff is very warm and really try to make you feel at home.

Noise of the city bikes and music at late hours

manager is unprofessional. failed to address issues. manager became combative and hostile when given proof of high levels of noise. Avoid this place like the plague if you want to sleep. the jacuzzi on the top floor generates a loud sound and constant vibration on the suite below. the whole place runs on a water pump that shakes the walls on another suite and sounds very loud. the managers response was to use earplugs. not only does this not work, for the price you'd expect things to work properly. the property is inside a gated community but faces a main street, motorcycles and trucks will make it imposible for anyone to enjoy the serene setting. Will not come back and highly recommend to stay away. the pictures are beautiful but the noise makes the stay unbearable.
