Location is the best and staff are always at your service

The AC is a little up and down, sometimes cold, sometimes warm. It might be a little old.

The staff were very friendly.

The room could have been updated and the floor should have been repaired. The additional cost for more than one per should have been made clear before the booking. I was disappointed in the hotel itself as the other Ibis hotels in Thailand and Singapore were better maintained and updated.
