I have had really good experiences in Hotel Lo! im Kreuz Jona. Especially a manager (Amick) was great! Her hospitality was truly professional and friendly. And the breakfast was very good. I really recommend the place.

"Staff great but no air conditioning so won’t be returning"

The Balinese lady on reception was fantastic, kind, helpful and served us with a smile

No air-conditioning ! It was unbearably hot and due to church bells couldn’t have the window open. I will not be returning unless you have air-conditioning
