Hotel Lo! im Kreuz Jona

Great location in the heart of Jona and not far to the places I needed to visit. The rooms were well equipped and quiet. The food at the adjacent restaurant is quite good.

The breakfast at the bakery across the street was tasty however it bit basic.

Did not refill toilet paper in one room, 3 of the rooms light was not fully lit in bathrooms, disregarded “do not disturb/clean” sign on door, hot water a bit slow, no staff on site to help with issues.

The room was new and stylish with nice glass lights, bathroom was modern and relatively spacious, coffee capsules at the room (for breakfast) were also welcomed.

The floor was dusty, there was a dirt under the bed, some lights did not work... The breakfast at the room with 2 croissants + some Nutella, jam, cheese, + juice supplied in the evening - it is for sure cost-efficient for the hotel, but I would expect more at the rate that the hotel charge. No AC or fan in the room with 33°C outside was really a hard night.

The staff. They were marvellous and very accommodating. The location is also very close to the Jona train station.

The breakfast. It’s 2 croissants and the juices and water weren’t refreshed. The shower is quite small.

Very close to my destination, clean and modern room, friendly staff

No AC or even fans, it was >30 C at midnight. People chatting and smoking in front of my room outdoors till 1am, loud church bells at 6 am. The Gipferli and coffee in the room for breakfast a very nice idea, but no cream
