Always clean. Nice and spacious. Options of the two pools for kids. Kids slides were great. The choice of pool bar and main bar also good. Easy to park the car. Good to also have the supermarket right next door to stock up. All staff seem to work really hard and care about what they do. They work really hard to put a daily schedule together for adults and kids. Magician was great. They try to put different food options for the adults and kids each night. Food was ok. Staff work hard to cook it but quality & presentation of the food could improve. Kids loved the arts & craft mornings

Although staff work hard not personably enough to really make guests feel welcome and check in on how the holiday is going and get to know them. This would help with a proper front of house checking and welcoming guests everyday. Then they would get better and more informed feedback. Housekeeping working hard too but doesn’t seem enough of them as our room wasn’t cleaned until after 2pm most days. Hotel and pool bar expensive. Therefore bought from the supermarket. Entertainment staff member trying his best but needs more support to deliver the programme. Can get younger noisier guests coming back late from clubs at 3/4am that woke us up a few times. Night staff should be duty ensuring they keep noise down

Clean tidy and quiet

Superb property. Very clean. Decent location (although some of the bars close to it had closed down). Staff were superb and very friendly/helpful.

The safe in my room wasn’t working on the day I arrived which indicated to me that nobody had stayed in the room for a period of time as the batteries had ran out and nobody had reported it. Unfortunately because of nobody staying in the room for a period of time before me, the air con unit was not being used regularly and may not have been maintained recently and unfortunately I picked up a very bad chest infection the 1st night the air con was turned on which affected my holiday and I am currently off work ill after having to attend the doctors on my return home as I was getting worse by the day. Also there was no entertainment on for children which was disappointing.

Personeel was vriendelijk, eten was kwalitatief en kamer was vrij nieuw.
