Staff efficient and friendly

Great for families 9/10 but not for couples 2/10

Marvell Club Hotel and Apartments was great, we couldn't have asked for better. Our apartment was very clean, housekeeping tidied/cleaned every day. All the staff were friendly, professional and willing to assist in any way they could. The breakfast was excellent with a great choice of dishes from a cooked breakfast to fresh fruit, pastries and bread and jams. The breakfast drinks choices were also great from lemon water to fruit juices, even fresh oranges that you could put through the electric juicer and, of course, a good range of teas and coffees. The pool bars were great and ideal for lunches, which were very good quality. It was also nice to have a bar in the hotel, which stayed open until midnight. Parking was on site and free and taxes were included in the price of our stay. We have holidayed in Cala de Bou for many years, staying at Marina Palace, but we found Marvell to be far superior. We would definitely return!

There was not anything that we could complain about or dislike. The only thing was that we found our apartment (212) to be a little noisy, due to external noises, traffic, shouting etc, but we do like to have a window open and not use the air conditioning, so that was our choice. However this did not detract from an exceptional stay.

Staff were so lovely and helpful. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed.

I thought the times for dinner were abit late for what I am used too.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast had many variations. the food was fresh. Every day, we had a clean room and new towels.

We had an appartement with a view to concrete and other buildings. It would be nicer if there were some plants and trees to feel good when sitting on the terrace.
