Hotel Casa Delina

The hotel location is great, rooms were clean and spacious. Very quiet and comfortable.

Hotel doesn't have A/C and it gets hot, they only provide a fan. Water was cold most of the time.

It’s a beautiful old building in the center of the town well kept with a nice courtyard to sit and relax. They have a lovely little cafe that makes excellent coffees and all kinds of breakfast foods. Highly recommended.

The beds were a bit hard, but that might just be the Mexican style

There's no hot water in the shower

My favorite thing about this hotel was the staff. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, welcoming, and super nice. They went above and beyond. The hotel looked better in person than it did in the photos. The landscaping is absolutely gorgeous. It's just steps away from Parque Central. I drove there so I really appreciated that they have lots of room to park. I could even see my car from my room. The room was large and stylish. The beds, pillows, and linen were comfortable. I liked that they had a glass bottle that would be refilled with water everyday instead of using plastic bottles. It's close to El Chiflon Cascada, and other more adventurous waterfalls. The restaurant that shares space with the hotel has a fantastic breakfast. I booked for 2 nights, but stayed for 7.It's an excellent value. I highly recommend it!

The WiFi in the room was sometimes patchy, but it's much better in the gorgeous garden in front of the rooms. The water pressure could be stronger, but the water was hot so it's a small complaint.

The hotel has a good design; the rooms are surrounded by a garden. However that garden is shared with people who may not be host & just use the restaurant. But the restaurant isn't part of the hotel. Ironic, right?

The noise of those who aren't host. They can sit anywhere; the guests should be the ones to have preference & not to be bother by people talking near the room. Be aware: it's a common issue that the hotel & the city doesn't have electricity & therefore water in the weekends. A problem if you want to shower or simply go to the bathroom. Oh! charge your phone in advanced. No closet. And for the rooms that face the parking, make sure to close the door of the balcony. It's so easy for someone to jump into the room. No security. After certain hour even if you call to the number that it's shown on Google none answers. Staff comes back around 10-11 am.

The grounds, location, room was large with comfortable beds. We were in room #10. Quiet! Even with a family in an adjacent room we didn’t hear anything. Staff was wonderful and helpful. We met the owner and his Sheepdog, Bruno. Coffee and bakery next door with access from the hotel. We did not have a car, but there is parking available. Would definitely stay at this lovely hotel again.

Beautiful property grounds. The staff was so nice and kind. Treated both myself and my dog with such kindness. Centrally located in the city, easy to walk around. I would recommend anyone to stay at this lovely hotel.
