AC was perfectly working

- all the bathrooms were dirty - so many ants on the walls - floors not swept - rooms has bad smells - no shower - no toiletries(although it says there is) - no flat-screen TV(although it says there is) - toilets are dirty - one of the bathroom has cockroach

only the working people there.

Oh this is sooooo weird room, We booked for days but after staying for 3 hours finding about the situation and safety of the room, we have to look for other hotel. The only thing I like is the people that work there, they understood the situation. It is not livable with a broken restroom, broken pipe, unfinished paint, super dusty and just not safe for kids and adukts to live. Trash is everywhere outside. But after several calls to Booking and messaging, we have to ask for refund due to unsafe living, fortu nately, they refunded us. Good location for sure I just hope that they finished and keep it more livable for guests.
