Motel 6 New Braunfels

Roaches. Dont bring your family here. Theres some guy staying on the north side of the building second floor always outside smoking cigarettes and weed. He probably is taking care of the roaches. North side door doesnt need a keycard to get the building.

That we didn’t get our room clean and didn’t get any new towels for our second night when we came back from the river.

We weren't even able to stay here because the room hadn't been cleaned from the previous person who stayed there We were left to find another hotel at 1am because they had no other rooms available

I didn’t not enjoy my stay there. Final Four in town. Not many hotels available

Our room had mold on the ceiling and we were told there is nothing they can do about it. Sheets had stains on them and the bathroom sink had the paint peeling out of it. When trying to check out we waited 45 minutes for someone to come to the counter and when calling customer service they said there was nothing they could do. This place is a health hazard and the city will be informed about our stay here. Very disappointed in our stay and will not be returning.

You honestly have no idea how frustrating it was to arrive at the hotel and find out I couldn't even rest properly because of a mistake on your end.

Location

The restroom in my room had a hole in the door from someone who punched it and the door knob on the same door was broken. The box springs were extremely dirty and there was no bed skirt covering them. The small fridge was not cooling and rusty and the counter in the restroom was so disgusting.
