"Staff make you really welcome."

The staff made our stay here. In fact we were going to stay elsewhere but they were so helpful before we even arrived that we decided to stay with them. We were personally welcomed with a cold drink, and good care taken of our cycles which were securely stored and placed under our bedroom window at the agreed time. What’s not to like about that? We also appreciated the humorous personal touch in response to our comments about the lovely roses.

Check in isn’t until 17:30 on a Bank Holiday. This was too long a wait after a day on the cycles, especially as everything is shut on a Bank Holiday.
