Nice property, several buildings spread around a country property, two pools

I booked a 25 sqm triple room with a double and single bed, but was given a much smaller double room instead and still basically charged the higher triple room rate. Although a small discount was applied at checkout (around 10 euro a night), it did not fairly reflect the downgrade. Staff were unhelpful and the person at reception even raised her voice when I questioned the booking issue. The shower was tiny, awkwardly shaped like a triangle, and had mold, we had to wear beach flip-flops just to use it. They charge €5 per night for parking, even though the hotel is in the middle of nowhere, so driving there is the only option. Property is surrounded by open grounds, so parking space is not an issue. Food was okay. Lunch was mediocre, the hamburger was a dry patty with nothing else, and the caprese salad had very low-quality mozzarella with no flavour. Had dinner there once and it was much better, fish based (and expensive at 40 euro per person). Overall, a stressful and unpleasant experience.

Il wifi del tutto assente per l'intero soggiorno? benché indicata tra i servizi Parcheggio, sebbene non esistesse alternativa, a pagamento. Piscina in condizioni igieniche inadeguate.

Tranquillità e servizi

Mi è piaciuto molto il personale, accogliente e gentile, la struttura era molto suggestiva e completa di tutto, stupito inoltre dalla quantità di piscine!

L'unica critica che ho da fare, che giustifica il 10 mancato, è che i costi delle spese accessorie possibili all'interno della struttura, come i pasti o le cuffie della piscina, sono un po' sovrapprezzati..
