die Zeit 17 Uhr, ab der man die Zimmer beziehen kann, ist ungewöhnlich spät. Als wir gefragt haben, ob wir schon ab 16/16:30 Uhr in die Zimmer können, um uns für einen Empfang, der um 17 Uhr begonnen hat, umzuziehen, wurde darauf nicht eingegangen. D.h. wir konnten die Zimmer erst ab 17 Uhr beziehen und kamen entsprechend zu spät. Frühstück bis 09:30 Uhr (und da wurde sehr unhöflich, lärmend abgeräumt) ist zu früh, gerade wenn die Zimmer bis 11 Uhr zu räumen sind. Frühstückspersonal wie auch Empfangspersonal war "norddeutsch" unhöflich. Keine Reaktion auf 50. Geburtstag, kein Auf-Wiedersehen. Deswegen können wir leider die Angaben "Sehr freundlich" nicht bestätigen. Frühstück war eine große Auswahl, aber leider kein frisches, aufgeschnittenes Obst, keine Vollkornbrötchen. Fernseher lief, was eher amerikanisch ist. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt deswegen nicht, wie auch die etwas in die Jahre gekommenen Bäder. Deswegen empfehlen wir diese Unterkunft definitiv nicht weiter.

Sehr netter Empfang, super freundliches Personal beim Frühstück. Es wird im Haus auf jedes Detail geachtet - Danke für den frischen Apfel auf dem netten Apfelbrett im Zimmer 😀 Es ist sehr deutlich zu merken, dass das Hotel mit viel Herz von der Eigentümerfamilie geführt wird. Auf kleinem Raum wird viel geboten.

Für mich persönlich zu weiche Matratze - das ist aber nun wirklich ein persönliches Thema.

Schön gestaltete Zimmer mit vielen einzelnen Details.Das Bad in einem Zimmer im gleichen Stil eingerichtet, das Bad im zweiten Zimmer leider nicht so schön wie das andere als wenn es noch nicht ganz fertig geworden ist. Das wäre aber der einzige kleine Abstrich.Die öffentlichen Bereiche sind alle aussergewöhnlich schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Personal alle superfreundlich und aufmerksam..Das Essen Abends im Restaurant sehr empfehlenswert und das Frühstück ebenfalls traumhaft.. Das Hotel wird mit viel Herzblut geführt.

Da gab es nichts.
