Spa and breakfast were nice Staff good

Room 27. Smallest bathroom I've ever used. Wardrobe was under the sloping ceiling, making it difficult to access. Not one clothes hook in the bedroom, nowhere to hang ski jacket etc.

Location excellent. Spa decor, sauna and lounge lovely. Staff friendly

Breakfast selection really poor, not topped up, and hot food was cold or had run out. Not worth 25 euros each. Hot tub wasn't very hot. Mattress old and not so comfortable. No tea/coffee in the room. We messaged ahead to say we'd arrive after reception closed. Got a message with code for front door and to say our bedroom would be open. It was not. Luckily we found someone in a nearby restaurant who contacted hotel staff for us. We then had to wait 20 minutes to be let in.
