Lovely hotel very close to the gondola in Le Grand Bornand. We had two duplex rooms. Staff were very pleasant and happy to put up with our schoolboy French! The breakfast buffet was really excellent - real French pastries (not shop bought) and who would have thought that breakfast apple crumble was a thing in the Haute Savoie. The Intersport ski hire shop (Parking Du Télécabine branch) is very close and the staff there very helpful. The ski lockers were also very convent albeit outside so a bit chilly - we took our boots to our rooms.

Some of our party found the beds quite hard. The spa was a little disappointing - the indoor hot tub is less fun than one outside and the sauna was not as hot as I would have liked - but to be fair the photos fairly represent the spa area.

The hotel is lovely close to slope main gondolas and you can walk into the main village. Lovely views from balcony. Spa area is great for after skiing and there's a booking system (15 min slots) for the jacuzzi so everyone can use it. Rooms are lovely and staff really helpful e.g. when you arrive they try and keep a parking space out the front of the hotel. Breakfast is amazing - lovely cakes (especially crumble), cold meats/cheese, cooked breakfast.

The bar area is small for drinks after skiing and breakfast is expensive if not purchased with room.

Nous avons appréciés échanger avec le personnel de l'hôtel. Le petit déjeuner buffet est copieux avec un choix large et de qualité. Le coin SPA très agréable aussi avec 15 minutes de jacuzzi, une piscine à bonne température extérieure, un sauna.

Hôtel très agréable et très bien placé . Le petit déjeuner est très bon ( des 15/16h ça sent bon les gâteaux fait maison qui seront servis au petit déjeuner ) tout le personnel est souriant et agréable ! On se sent tout de suite bien ! L espace sauna/ jacuzzi est un vrai plus

Jute dommage malgre la présence d un bar dans la salle du rdc qu on ne puisse pas prendre un chocolat et/ou une collation en rentrant du ski mais c est un détail
