big, clean and new looking room, with a big balcony. strong Aircon and fridge. location isn't a problem especially if you have a motorbike (rent opposite the train station 200b/day). Beautiful stupa near, especially at night when lightened. My balcony has a good view of stupa.

The new owner is super friendly. last didn't agree to online price, complained until I just booked online. Bath door jam, not easy to open.

The property was in a good location and near many temples, shops and a few food places. The host was very friendly and welcoming and the staff were lovely. The towels and bedding were clean.

There were a few very small insects in the room that we were not able to get rid of. I would advise not to leave food in the room but overall this did not affect the stay.
