The bar never open Only kettle in room, no cups, coffee or tea. Hair dryer dirty. Only hand towels, no bath towels. Shower door didn't close. No shampoo. Stairs going up to room were a struggle for older members of family. My husband received bites. Hotel was too far from everything.

Good price. Value for the money.

Not that clean as expected.

I didn't sleep there a single night even though I paid for it. It is dirty there and there are insects and worms. Advise Booking to remove it from the reservation list.

THERE IS NO RECEPTION RESTAURANT OR BAR. THEY CHARGE YOUR CARD BEFORE YOU ARRIVE AND THEN SEND YOU CODES TO NAVIGATE YOUR OWN WAY THROUGH THEIR SECURITY SYSTEM. THEIR PROFILE ON BOOKING.COM IS NOTHING LIKE THE REALITY OF THE PROPERTY. FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO STAY.

Good location at the entrance to Monchengladbach Airport. OK with the check in procedure. Access code and keybox. Nice clean room.

Music party downstairs in the bar and outside garden until 2am but maybe just unlucky on the timing of my visit. Aircon wasn't very cooling on a hot night.
