L'attenzione al cliente, ho comunicato che non avrei potuto fare colazione per via degli orari di apertura che non coincidevano con i miei e invece che rimborsare il servizio colazione o riconoscere uno sconto sul parcheggio il receptionist ha saputo solo dirmi "per le 06:30 un caffè magari glielo possono anche fare!" al che ho risposto che la mia colazione è qualcosa in più di un caffè! Il parcheggio numero 19 scomodissimo ma venduto allo stesso prezzo degli altri.
