Hotel to piękny zabytkowy budynek. Bardzo miła obsługa. Nasze dodatkowe prośby zostały uwzględnione. Zwierzęta mile widziane. Śniadanie było bardzo smaczne a pokój wyjątkowo czysty.

Do klimatyzatora w pokoju nie było pilota, łóżko trochę wąskie. Przydałaby się jeszcze saszetka z kawą koło ekspresu.

Jedzenie było bardzo dobre, wszystko świeże i smaczne. Obsługa bardzo życzliwa i pomocna. Wystrój klimatyczny.

Na podwójnym łóżku była tylko jedna mała kołdra. Za mała jak dla dwójki osób. Myślę, że nie byłoby problemu z dodatkową, ale wróciliśmy późno do pokoju i nie było jak poprosić.

Not much to be honest. It has potential to be much better but needs investment . Lady at the breakfast was probably the best thing from all of it. She was very friendly and supportive

Room was very dated with stains on the carpet, bedding and tablecloth and the plugs looks like they were going to fall out of the walls. You could see it was cleaned however. But that’s not all.. overall I had pretty horrible experience. I went to Poland for funeral. I had messaged the hotel I will be late, they have acknowledged and advised that there should always be someone there overnight and they reassured me they will be waiting for me, and there was a man that gave me the key and took the payment. I went out the following morning and didn’t come back till late .. well at least I tried to come back. I arrived back to the hotel just after midnight. Everything was locked up.. gate closed, doors locked and all lights out. I banged on all doors, called the number many many times with no luck. I was left stranded .. in the middle of nowhere, on my own. Pretty uncomfortable situation for a single women in not a very pleasant area. The lady from the restaurant the following morning was mortified hearing about my experience and said again that there should always be someone around over night, she escalated to management. I have eventually received payment back for that one night but had to chase it up as well. Safe to say .. I will never stay there again.
