el baño puede ser fácilmente mejorado. deben cambiar el piso de los pasillos, la alfombra es muy difícil mantenerla limpia

Un ambiente muy tranquilo. Linda habitación, cómoda y bien calefaccionada. El desayuno muy completo. Pedro muy atento a cualquier requerimiento, y brinda un servicio impecable.

Almohadas podrían ser un poco más cómodas.

We did not really know what to expect from this hotel since we didn´t know the general area but after staying over there we would totally go back. The location is fantastic if you are looking for a calmed place out of the more hectic, noisy and fast life of the city. At first, the infrastructure looked dated to us but then we realized that the hotel is based on a old country club building and that the marine, almost boat-like, style, including imperfections, gives this hotel a personality that is quite pleasant and refreshing from the more homogeneous trendy options. The rooms were comfortable and the beds were good for sleeping. We used the heating system a little bit on a couple of colder nights and it worked perfectly. The shower and the general bathroom area were clean and everything worked as expected. The best component of the entire hotel experience, however, was the staff, in particular Pedro, the person in charge. He fit the style of the hotel perfectly and for us he felt like the captain of the boat, which definitely added to the experience. He helped us providing recommendations of places to visit, restaurants and even local beers that we should try (which we did!). The two dogs in place added a home feeling to the stay. Finally, breakfast was very good and much more than we needed. During our trip to Chile, the coffee here was the best of the entire trip. For us, this hotel was a very nice surprise, a little jewel in Chile´s litoral central.

From the hotel, staff or food, nothing. We loved everything. We would have loved to stay longer but we guessed that now we have the perfect excuse to go back, perhaps at a different time of the year.
