Won Majestic Hotel Cambodia

Uitstekend ontbijt met versgebakken brood! Het personeel is uiterst vriendelijk en ontzorgt je waar mogelijk.

Das Frühstück übertraf alle Erwartungen (im Preis enthalten), für das ebenfalls als überaus hervorragend zu bewertende Abendbuffet erhielten wir während unseres Aufenthaltes 50 Prozent Rabatt. Wir hatten einen Ansprechpartner, der immer per WhatsApp erreichbar war und stets sofort reagiert hat. Uns wurde kostenfrei ein Limousinen-Service zur Verfügung gestellt, Wir wurden (mehrfach) kostenlos zum Hafen gefahren und wieder abgeholt; ich musste wegen einer Verletzung zum Arzt und alle 2 Tage zur Nachbehandlung - immer stand das Auto mit Fahrer, der mich auch beim Arzt unterstützte, bereit. Die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals hat nochmal alles übertroffen, was wir ohnehin von Asien kennen. Überhaupt: Das Hotel an sich ist der Hammer!

Am Hotel gibt es keinerlei Kritik, ganz im Gegenteil: besser haben wir es noch nicht erlebt. Allerdings gehört zur Ehrlichkeit dazu, dass Sihanoukville keine schönste Stadt ist. Aber als Ausgangpunkt für Inselbesuche (vor allem Koh Rong mit seinem Traumstrand) kommt man um diese Stadt nicht herum.

We stayed at the Won Majestic Hotel Cambodia for one night, and it was a fantastic experience! We were a group of five, and the hotel exceeded our expectations. They picked us up from the airport in a luxury van, and when we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by an amazing team. They upgraded us to a sea-view room, and the room was huge—very spacious and exceptionally clean. The hotel has several restaurants and an infinity pool with fantastic views. The food is also very good; we had dinner there, and the beautiful, delicious pastries they served for dessert were a highlight. The staff were all very kind and attentive. A special thank you to Pheoung Visal and also to Panha for welcoming us so warmly. 🙏 When we left the hotel, they even offered transportation to take us to the pier to catch the boat to Koh Rong. In summary: we loved it, and when we return to Sihanoukville, we will definitely stay here again. Thank you!

We were treated like royalty! Room upgraded to a massive sea view room on 19th floor with 4 large windows and beautiful sea views. We received lots of reductions and complimentary gifts making it all great value. Fantastic infinity pool with great sunset views. Was fun wandering around the casino - not our scene to partake but mind blowing to watch!

L'unica scelta veramente di lusso a Sihanoukville è l'hotel Won Majestic. Bellissimo, molto pulito con un'estrema attenzione ai dettagli. Ampio buffet per cena e colazione e staff gentilissimo con particolare menzione a David che è stato molto premuroso ed efficiente!

The room, view from the room is amazing and no smoking smell coz my friends were complaining their room are full of smoking odd. The pool area is nice as well. The airport pickup service is great, highly recommend.

The other room guests deliver weird vibe but it’s not the hotel problem.

Great location near the sea, very professional and friendly staff, offering pretty much every service and amenity that one wishes from a hotel. The food was really great either at breakfast or other meals through the day and everywhere it felt extremely clean all the time. I would like to leave my greetings to M. Kim Ladang, that accompanied me through check-out and that I will remember like pretty much every cambodian I have met: with a great smile on the face

The city where it is located…

As soon as you walk in, you do not want to leave. The service is incredible, the staff cannot do enough to help you. We were given a free upgrade to sea view and the rooms were incredible. The bed was on the firmer side but still very comfortable and large and the room was well equipped. The breakfast/lunch/dinner buffets were varied - you are spoiled for choice (so I chose it all). The pool is lovely with perfect views for sunset in the right weather. The gym is well equipped. The complimentary gua sha treatment was painful (expect bruising), but an interesting new experience. All in all, this was what I would hope for in a 5 star experience. I’m disappointed I only booked for one night on a stop over, had I realised how nice it was I might have stayed for two!

Once I entered, I didn’t want to leave, which meant I didn’t see much of the surrounding area.
