We enjoyed our stay at the hotel very much. The hotel is modern, clean, comfortable and the stay was very enjoyable. All while keeping a very fair price. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with amazing hospitality that left a positive mark throughout our stay. Special thanks to Phin Phireth at the counter, who helped us with everything we needed.

Kinesiskt hotell. Matsalen var hemsk med 100 watts lampor, som en skolmatsal. Beställde varsitt glas vin som kom bör vi redan ätit upp, och innehöll 1 dl max! Receptionen och mottagandet var dock jättebra och fina rum . Men matsalen och baren en katastrof !

All the staff were exceptionally professional and helpful. Special mention to acknowledge the great customer service standards of Khon Sophal at concierge. The cleanliness throughout the hotel is exceptional with all the staff working to a very high standard. It’s in a town dominated by the influence of Chinese influence and it was their NY but despite this everywhere in the hotel was calm and quiet

The hotel seems to be renovating/ repairing the dining facilities on floor 3 which means all options are now in one big room which lacks any atmosphere or ambiance

Room was good and we were upgraded to a sea view. Personnel always tried to help.

The closest beach described by the hotel, and one of the reasons for choosing the hotel, turned out to be private, managed by another hotel, and to use the beach we were charged 20 USD per person per day. The description was totally misleading. As part of our deal we were supposed to have a 'free minibar' - this consisted of one can of beer and three soft drinks which was not replenished as it was supposed to be. Eventually after asking this a few times it was replenished once.

Definitely a five star hotel.

It was a surprise that smoking is allowed in the indoor restaurant, and indoor coffee shop. All the signs are in Chinese and English. I felt like I had left Cambodia and was in China.
