Lovely room and staff, great food.

Location is good. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. When we arrived, the originally assigned room's AC was not functioning properly, so they quickly changed the room. We did not get the breakfast buffet we were expecting. However, whatever they cooked was good. Great value for money. Despite prior communication, there was an issue with one of the staff regarding packing our food. However, another staff member quickly sprang into action and resolved the issue. We really appreciate this. Overall a comfortable stay!

There are only a few things to improve. As I said, not getting the breakfast buffet was a bummer. We stayed there for five nights, and the internet in our room was unavailable for almost four days. I understand that this was out of the hotel's control, but it spoils the guests' experience since the TV also works only with Wi-Fi. We had to pay approximately 2000 INR on roaming for internet and entertainment. For the future, I would request them to have some contingency plan in place. There are some minor things to improve, such as the faucet being loose.

Only really stayed here for the proximity to Ranthambore National Park but generally a very nice, clean hotel with friendly staff.

Free breakfast does not really exist but I feel this is more to do with booking.com not performing due diligence on the properties they advertise. We were also stung a little by the price of the laundry service. For two carrier bags of clothes it cost us 2200 rupees. Seems disproportionately pricey when the room is only 1500 rupees for the night. Why not shut the hotel down and convert it to a laundrette? Granted this is partly my own fault, as I have fast learnt on my first trip to India you must agree a price for everything no matter how small, even a bottle of water, before agreeing the sale. Failure to do so, as in the case of this laundry, can lead to some nasty surprises for tourists. I have no doubt the price would have been exactly the same for a local Indian.

Spacious, clean rooms with everything you need. Very good beds, only a little bit short (if you're longer than 180cm then your feet might come off). Friendly staff. On a road with plenty of restaurants. Breakfast is included and is very tasty. Hotel also arranges safaris. Only one point of improvement could be that they could provide drinking water to refill our bottles, as this saves a lot of plastic bottles.

Friendly staff helped us book a safari before we arrived. Comfy bed and decent breakfast of choice included. Happy with price. Picked up by safari direct from hotel and very lucky to see tiger and three cubs.

Note the fuse on the outside of the room. You'll need to ensure this is on for the AC and hot water.
