Skvělá lokalita, velmi hezké moderní a pohodlné pokoje. Ochota ubytovat mě dříve, než byl čas check-inu. Připojená restaurace s místními specialitami i kavárna přímo v hotelu s moc dobrou kávou a zákusky.

Velké výkyvy v kvalitě personálu. První den extrémně pozorná, ochotná a příjemná paní recepční a večer milý a rychlý personál v restauraci s dobrými radami. Druhý den na snídani paní v restauraci, které nezáleželo na tom, aby vyřídila celou mou objednávku a jiná recepční, která dokonce neváhala zastavit odjíždějící autobus a chtěla po mě znovu zaplatit pobyt, který jsem rezervoval a platil zde na Bookingu. Ještěže spolucestujících bylo málo a nemusel jsem se až tolik stydět. Hotel, který kvalitou pokojů i služeb jednoznačně cílí na náročnější klientelu, by si měl personál volit přeci jen pečlivěji. Navštěvují vás většinou hosté jako já, kteří si přijeli odpočnout do krásné přírody a ne řešit nepříjemnosti.
