Die Lage ist ausserhalb der Stadt, jedoch mit sehr schöner Aussicht. Die Zimmer sind gross, sauber und freundlich. Das Personal, ausser jene vom Empfang, sind sehr freundlich. Frühstück soweit ok.

Vom Personal der Reception sind wir sehr enttäuscht. Bei jeder Frage kommt die Antwort, "das können sie im Internet nachsehen". Als wir den Weg vom Hafen zum Hotel nicht fanden und anriefen war die Antwort, "schauen sie im Internet nach oder telefonieren sie der Taxizentrale. Unsere Frage nach der Fahrzeit des einzigen Buses der vom Hotel in die Stadt führt - eben, "das können wir im Internet nachsehen"...Wir verstehen unter Gastfreundlichkeit vermutlich nicht das Gleiche.

We were allocated a lovely, spacious and very comfortable room, big good quality double bed, excellent access directly onto the beautiful pool and surrounding area. Bathroom and shower facilities were excellent. The hotel appeared to be in very good condition and is seemingly constantly undergoing maintenance and some upgrades. Management and staff were very pleasant and helpful. Lovely breakfast.

There is no flat sheet on the bed, only the fitted sheet and then the comforter/duvet. My wife and I travel extensively and its something we always look for and appreciate. There is no air conditoner in the room - suprising for a property of this quality. The small stand up fan did not operate at all (we advised management at check out) but it was not a major issue.

Swimming pool, large bedroom. When we had issues with the iron and the hair dryer they were replaced immediately.

The main dinner menu could do with an upgrade.

Extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Excellent food and fantastic view. Would love to stay again!

Nothing not to love!

Food (breakfast and evening meal) was excellent. Location was quiet with wonderful views and walks - just what we wanted. A bus from St Peter Port stops at the hotel and returns regularly. All the staff (plus the owner) were very friendly making every effort to ensure we had a happy stay.

Lovely views..clean well run hotel with excellent food and service..easy to get to...peaceful setting..lovely pool...what more can I say...oh good value!!
