Hotel Jerbourg

Wonderful location with exceptional views

The views at Jerbourg are beautiful, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel room was also really nice. We really enjoyed our stay here again this year, would recommend it especially if you want a relaxing scenic hotel!

There's no fan in the bathroom so it gets very steamy after a shower.

On the whole the food was nice, staff were friendly, view and pool were lovely Mums room was very spacious and side door access helpful for her

I could have done with more help with my mum - she has mobility issues being 91yrs old and I feel staff could have been more proactive in their offers of help. One suggestion I have would be consider waiving room service surcharge for guests with disability/ mobility challenges. Breakfast buffet was exactly the same every day which was a bit limited. Need to address the difficulties with taxi booking as this must be a recurrent problem

Ideal situation on the cliff tops with wonderful views. Lovely breakfast. Very friendly and efficient staff. Room with a seaview.

Couldn't fault the hotel on anything. But the hotel is a bit remote (which suited us as we like walking etc.)

Good hotel in excellent location. Happy to recommend, especially the dessert bar.

The hotel. Was so beautifully light and airy. A 10 metre walk from the room to the pool. The views are stunning with 270 degree views of the high vantage point on the cliffs of the sea and the island of Herm. Simply beautiful..
