Perfect location. Lovely and quiet with fantastic views. The staff were fantastic. So friendly and so helpful Adore Franzi and now home missing her fantastic cakes and lovely customer service

-Really nice views -Good location -Person who showed me to my room was really friendly -Good breakfast

-Arrived and ordered a drink, was told to sit down and order instead and was then left waiting for over 5 minutes before someone took my order, even though the person on the till knew which drink I wanted as I'd tried to order it there. I don't know why he didn't just allow me to purchase it and take it to my table myself -There was a long brunette hair inside the fridge in my room -There was a large bottle of air freshener in my room which was left by housekeeping, I returned to the staff in the bar when I went downstairs -Bed extremely uncomfortable, a zip and link bed and both mattresses sagging -Really disappointing trip for me as I work in a hotel myself, and was here to relax on my days off

The location was great for panoramic views of the other Channel Islands and we could see many tourists/visitors being brought here to see the view. The staff in the bar/coffee shop were very friendly & helpful. We enjoyed the great selection available for breakfast and the fresh croissants were delicious!

It would have been good to have a supply of drinking water and a couple of glasses or cups. There was a kettle but nothing else unless one requested it. Luckily we had brought our own water containers - it was a hot day.

Good location , good facilities

Staff are more interested in day visitors than hotel guests. breakfast has a very tight turn around and they start clearing at exactly 9-30 whether you’ve finished or not . We had a awful meal on first night , when we told the waiter how bad it was ( burnt burger, fries so over cooked there was no potato in it) he didn’t even acknowledge there was a issue , the meal cost over £75 for 2 basic meals and one drink each so not cheap . You cannot charge items to your room during your stay which means you constantly have to have your wallet/purse with you even if you are sitting round the pool

Breakfast was fine no complaints. Our room was very close to facilities. Pity the weather was so dismal.

I’m not sure there was night staff overnight, if there wasn’t this should be changed in case of emergency. We had our 55th wedding anniversary while we were there, I didn’t feel enough was done to make us feel more special. Not even a bottle of wine was on offer.
