Un plus seria un espejo más grande en la habitación y cambiar la regadera pero todo estuvo más que bien, el personal es más que amable y atento!!!

Todo. El hotel que promocionan en redes, no es lo que uno recibe y al estar ahí, indican que es un hotel hermano. Al solicitar traslado, dicen que está lleno. El techo tiene humedad, a tal punto de ocasionar reacción alérgica. El sanitario lo encontramos con orina y la red de internet no funcionaba, Consultamos y dicen que la red en la zona está caída, cuando a los 15 minutos encontramos otro hotel y en este todo perfecto.

Nothing works, a real disaster! no phone, no water, no glases, fountain of water always empty, real joke, attitude of personnel unprofessional and unfriendly specially the lady working there, hot water only works if no one takes showers otherwise you have to wait your turn, the beds are a killer for your back, the rooms insolation inexistent, we spent 8 hours with out wifi and tv, tv does not work and only in Spanish if you are lucky, i was locked in my room for one hour because the lock was defected, i reported many times and was only changed the day before my departure, the only good thing was the view of a volcano from my room, If i could give minus 2 stars i would, this is worse than a hostel. we paid $ 100 per night and not even a coffee before our departure at 6 AM, Never again will return to this place

Good location within Antigua, everything is walking distance. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially arranging transfers. The rooms are good and clean for an affordable stay.

The Wi-Fi was slow.
